Excellent location and staff

(i) The staff were excellent, especially Khun Tar who helped me and my party a lot with all the local travel and entertainment arrangements. She was helping even when it was day off! Thank you, Khun Tar! (ii) The food choice in bf was fantastic - something for everyone! And it was delicious. (iii) The property is located on Soi 20 off Sukhumvit - the heart of BKK and everything was very convenient.

(i) The lighting in the bathroom was terrible! It needs proper lighting so that one can see when shaving and/or putting make up! (ii) I had to ask for wash clothes! It should be there! (iii) One of the AC didn't work and I was there for 4 nights/5 days and it was not fixed even after I informed the front desk. (iv) There was no body lotion or soap - I asked but did only get the soap!

good staff service

Good breakfast spread, very helpful staff. Loved the free tuk tuk service to the main road as the walking distance to train stops is a bit further than expected.

location - fairly long walking distance from train station along a very busy road, about 15 minutes walk air conditioning stopped working a few times and had to be reset by the staff - however they were quick to respond which is great.

Good Value for money. Excellent and Friendly Staffs.

First of all, excellent front desk staffs and support. Somethings went wrong with two rooms I stayed in. At first I was given the wrong room, then when I was given the right room, it had issues with wifi. Then they changed me to Suite for no additional cost which was a very pleasant surprise. So thanks for that.

The guests who stayed prior to my stay in the suite room broke the washing machine handle which left me to be blamed. It's only after I got my clothes washed I noticed the handle was broken when I tried to open it. That left me having to pay a small fine. Not a big deal in the end, these things happen.

Tum at reception was great. However the taxi hailed by the hotel was a scam. Book grab if possible

Very Good

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The reception areas is huge with a lot of space. The rooms were also great. The pool was also clean. Overall a great property to stay in. A 7 eleven near by and the property is located at the centre. So it's easy to commute. Good service as well. The staff was good and was very polite and prompt to attend we faced any problem. Overall a great hotel which I would definitely recommend

There were some experiences which could have been avoided I believe. I checked in late night and had to give change to the cab driver, when I asked the receptionist, she declined outright that too when she just received cash from another guest. Even after making prior booking for 2 rooms. I was given both rooms on different floors. I had to argue with them to provide on single floor. One room was smelling of cigarette and i had to make them spray room freshner. Was Surprising because they don't allow smoking in thier rooms. Another room that they gave had a adjoined room locked by a door from which you can hear the noise from another room. I guess it happened because they didn't have our rooms booked and ready according to our booking before we arrived.

It was nice

The location, it was close to metro and sky train station

The shower water that splashed around the bathtub was flowing into the entire bathroom. It was a poorly planned shower/bathroom. We spent our entire stay placing towels around the bathtub and wringing them out every time we took a shower. The room’s hall/office light controlled all the power in the room. If we turned off the light to sleep, our phones stopped charging. And if the light was on, the TV in the room and the hallway would turn on by itself. We had to leave the hall light on throughout the night to charge our phones and watches.

This is one of the better breakfasts in Bangkok hotels . Good selection to cover most tastes including vegetarian Bed was comfortable and good tuk tuk service to the main road

Swimming pool was very cloudy so I didn't want to use it .

Very big room space, amazing location and helpful staff

The room-service cleanup not very thorough, left used cups, did not replace some of the used bathroom utilities and sometimes did not clean bathroom well.

What was the highlight of Golden Tulip Mandison Suites

Really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Pool temperature was absolutely perfect. From the pool there's a great view of a skyscraper filled skyline. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choice between European and Asian food. The hotel is in a lively area with lots of bars, restaurants, street food and massage places. It's twenty minutes walk from the Terminal 21 mall, which has one of the best food courts in Bangkok, offering incredible value for money. Reception and breakfast staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The room was kept clean and well supplied.

The pool's surfacing is entirely rough pebbledash, which is not kind to skin and swimming costumes. Service (e.g. for drinks) at the pool was, apart from our first evening, practically non-existent. This is a no-brainer for increasing revenue.

Great hotel in Bangkok- we would return!

The staff are great, pool and all the surrounding setting is fab, room was great (we even received an upgrade), comfy bed! Great breakfast.

There was very little that we didn't like. All the hotels are in the same area which is a little further out of the city.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in my whole life.

Nothing to be liked, maybe the pool is a little bit good

Location, breakfast was very bad, staff very rude, room was very bad, no window in the suite, bathroom was not good, no hot water in the bath, wifi always disconnected and very slow, lights in the room were very bad that show the room always dark and couldnt see your luggage, closet with no shelves, no mirros in the room but only one in the bathroom, the view is ugly from the glass, a/c was very hot, no reception ot entrance to the hotel

The location is nice and the staff friendly

We stayed here 4 years ago and had good memories of it. But were quite disappointed this time. The hotel is just getting really old and many little things didn't work or felt old (even the free condoms in the room were valid until 2017). The shower was broken, the lights were either too bright or too dark, the little couch was covered in sweat stains, the ac could hardly cool the room, the breakfast was the unhealthiest conserved food, the sun chair covers were ripped open... All little silly things that add up when you consider the price for Thailand and being 4 stars.

- The staff downstairs was lovely

- The staff downstairs was lovely - Tuk Tuk man was helpful - pool location - got discount for late checkout

- Last time I came the gentlemen was lovely and gave us a free upgrade. - this time round the lady was ok but said the room had great view ( it didn’t) it was a view of a dirty building blocking everything. Room 809 don’t go for it. - scuff marks on the wall was just dirty in the bedroom, wallpaper was starting to fall off! - And Thai food just seemed to be westernise I wasn’t impress.

Nice atmosphere and relaxing feeling. Great Breakfast, Clean very large rooms.

Upon checkout I wanted to leave my extra luggage in the “hotel customer storage” for a few days while I toured another city and offering even willing to pay extra for this hotel customer service. Since I was coming back to also stay at hotel again after a few days other hotel give this guest customer service. Front Desk was so Negative and willing to help this hotel customer! It make us feel bad and NOT Important. Maybe we will find other hotel next time! :(
